Under Article 6 of French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the THALEIA application are hereby informed of the identity of the different parties involved in its creation and maintenance:

Terms of use

Use of the THALEIA application implies acceptance of the general terms of use. These terms may be modified at any time and users are encouraged to consult them regularly.

Service description

The THALEIA application provides a set of tools for designing and creating digital training content. SOLUNEA strives to provide accurate information but cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or changes made after publication.

Contractual limitations

The application uses certain technologies and cannot be held liable for material and/or non-material, direct and/or indirect damages related to its use. Users must access the application with an up-to-date and secure device.

Intellectual property

All content of the THALEIA application is the property of SOLUNEA. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Limitation of liability

SOLUNEA cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the application, its information or content, nor for damages resulting from the use of interactive features.

Personal data management

In accordance with French law, data collected via the THALEIA application is used only for processing requests or services offered and is retained for a maximum of 36 months. Users have the right to access, rectify and object by contacting dpo@solunea.fr.

When signing in via a Google account, the following data may be collected: first name, last name, email address and phone number. These details are used to provide the THALEIA application and its services, such as sending usage-related notifications, the dedicated newsletter, or other communications necessary for the operation of the service. Your data are not sold to third parties but may be shared with partners when necessary to improve the service.

Data security: SOLUNEA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access to data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and transfers of data to partners comply with GDPR-level security standards.

Retention and deletion: Personal data are retained for as long as necessary to provide services. In case of termination of the instance hosting the user's account, associated data are kept for 3 months before permanent deletion. Each user can also request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer at dpo@solunea.fr.

Hyperlinks and cookies

The THALEIA application may contain links to other services or applications. SOLUNEA cannot control these contents and disclaims responsibility. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to improve the user experience and can be refused via your device settings.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the use of the THALEIA application is governed by French law and falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nîmes.
